The right wing has repeatedly thrown baseless racial slurs at Obama. Earlier in the week, right-wing radio host Glenn Beck said that Obama “is colorless,” and that “as a white guy…[y]ou don’t notice that he is black. So he might as well be white, you know what I mean?”

We all know who and what Rush Limbaugh is. If he was just a crackpot yelling in his backyard it wouldn't matter that much. :wacko:

The problem is how many people listen to this bag of rancid puss. He is able to manipulate people's fears and prejudices in a way that keeps most of his audience listening. The answer would be an effective way to wake a lot of those people up. I am looking forward to The Assault on Reason for some good guidelines on dealing with his ilk.

I hope Thom Hartmann's show which begins next week will drive Rush's ratings to the bottom.

However, on the off chance anyone missed that, his remarks on quarterback Donovan McNabb-for which Limbaugh was forced to leave TV-is all you need to know.

Attention to Limbaugh's deserved firing :laugh: only had a short life, as the facts if his prolific illegal drug use came to light and caused a firestorm just a couple of days later. But he was fired for racist comments, all right.

So nobody should be surprised at anything racial he says.

Yes, I unfortunately remember that quite well since the EAGLES are my favorite football team and Donovan McNabb, my favorite EAGLE player. I refused to watch ESPN when that racist conservative bum was a part of the football show. I already loathed Limbarf for all his bashing of AL GORE. :bad:
