Title: McCain's shameful ways, Armey's honest answer.

Not much to say today but I must commit on two things that caught my eye. The first took away the last drop of any respect that had remained from the past for John McCain's claim as a man of honor. He hired the political advisors who worked for George Bush in 2000 and 2004. The Swift Boaters he so admonished for distorting the truth and plain lying. Now he wants to pay them to do the same for him.

The second comes from a man I met back in 1990, Dick Armey, when I happen to be inspecting one of our hotels one morning and he was staying there. It was in Lewisville, TX and he was there because he didn't want to stay at his home only blocks away, afraid his constitutes might find out he was in town. Our conversation was only a few words. George HW Bush was coming to town and he ask my opinion and I simply told him he really didn't want to discuss politics with me. No more was said.

But this morning he made a commit to a question posed him I found true and had to pass it on. When asked by a reporter who he thought would be the next President he simply said..."If you said right now, Dick Armey, put your money on a horse that's in the race. I'd put my money on Hillary. She will be whoever you want her to be..."
