How are you making a difference this campaign season? Presidential, state, local? Please share how you make a difference by getting involved!

Some people just don't think hard enough about their vote. This will be my first so, I'm going to put some thought into it.

Actually, I don't think it is a topic, and it probably oughta be. I think we all just take for granted that this election is incredibly important. But maybe it would be worth it to examine why?

As for what I'm doing to make a difference this campaign season, my list isn't as big as yours, Chris, but I'm doing what I can do.
I have contributed $$ to the campaign.
I am talking up Kerry/Edwards or the Dems. with just about everyone I come in contact with (whether via e-mail or in person--even just people on the street--I'm becoming a pain in the butt)
I will be working with our local Dem. committee before Election Day, making phone calls and going door-to-door to get people to vote, and I'm signing up to drive the seniors in our community back and forth to the polls on Nov. 2.
