Hey!!! I figured I'd check in from South Florida, ahhh -- home of the "Middle Class Exodus" -- how sweet it is. That's what you say? It's when the value of real estates has become, well, unreal. Its also squeezing renters with rent increases of several hundred dollars at a time with all the condo conversions and flipping of investment properties. There are no rent controls of any kind, and Miami-Dade's Housing Auth is a cesspool of waste and corruption.
Mr. Gore impresses me. Any thought to possibly running as a 3rd-party candidate?

We've discussed Gore as a third-party candidate. It's not gonna happen. He's a true-blue Democrat, and he knows a third-party candidate can't win a national election.
Either he runs as a Dem., or he doesn't run at all.
Obviously, you know what we're hoping . . . :good:
