Due to a technical glitch, the site was down for much of today. Thanks to some diligent behind-the-scenes work by our moderators, I was finally able to contact tech support to get the problem straightened out. While we were down, NO ONE had access to the board, not even me, which meant that I couldn't get to the administrator control panel to fix the problem.

Anyway, we're back, and everything appears to be fine.

Thank goodness it wasn't a hack job. What was the matter?

I'm amending this post so as not to explain exactly what happened lest some hacker is able to figure out how to get in and make this happen again.

Suffice it to say that the problem made it so none of us could get in, including me. It's really a weakness in the Invisionfree software. I mean, if I can't get in to access the admin control panel, I can't fix the freaking problem, can I. :rolleyes: Sort of a Catch-22.

Anyway, tech support was able to get me back into the admin control panel so I could fix the problem, and we're back. No harm done. :good:
