Dear Al Gore,
I just watched An Inconvenient Truth. I am so grateful to you for doing this. We needed this information to get inspired to take action... Thanks for the care, the research, and the presentation of the material.
I want to get the dvd and show it to everyone I know, and to the kids in the schools in my city... and also learn more and take action in my own situation in whatever ways I can...
At the end of the showing I attended, a 4-year old girl got up and was dancing around in the front of the theatre as the music and credits and suggestions at the end of the film were played and people left the theatre... and the question that came to mind when I saw her was, "Will it be turned around in her lifetime?"
It was then that I realized that unless people join you in your proactive program to do something about it, started by you when you learned how urgent it is, the answer could be, "Probably not."
Thank you Al, for doing something about it, and inspiring countless others to make the same commitment.
Sincerely,
Gyatri Devi
