It's Very eye-opening on the amount of chemicals and pesticides that are put on our food stuffs and in the soil, and the animal meats we are putting into our bodies, and how large corp's are treating the farmers and animals ... it really has got to change* and I know I don't want to keep putting these things into my body anymore ... and I was wondering why I'm so overweight .. no wonder .. with all these chemicals .. how is my body to work right and have energy to keep going .. and why so many peoples bodies come down with cancer and other things, that was hardly heard of back in the early 1900's .. I hope that you get out of this book what I have
