Clinton was no way a "war criminal".

The article is too sketchy to really be able to tell what happened. Why were they calling him a war criminal? Was it in response to something he'd said, or was it from when he was president? :?:

I don't know much about this, but it sounds like some republicans just wanted to bash Clinton for the hell of it.
