What a great forum!. Glad to have found you guys and this awesome website, it was kind of hard to find resources as to what the Gores were up to as of late. I'm from Nebraska and I'm a local candidate for office. Still burning up about 2000 and the "switch-a-roo" election was icing on the cake for me in terms of getting more politically active. Looking forward to rubbing shoulders with you folks all teh way to Pennsylvania Avenue in 2008 when Al Gore becomes our next president. :clap:

Yes, I'm a husker fan, though I don't get depressed if they lose. :bad: Here is a great Baylor joke.

Welcome sfg75! Good luck in the election. 2000 was definately the catalyst to make many of us wake up and start to be more politically active.
