I'm not sure what her problem is. I mean, if the documents were false, or unverifiable, then that's the way it is. Her story about Bush's military service (or lack thereof) was true, but a venerable news organization like CBS can't go on the air with a story like that if they can't back up what they say. That's what makes them a venerable news organization. That reputation has been chipped away over the years. You'd never have questioned what Edward R. Murrow or Walter Cronkite said. Never. Cronkite was the most trusted man in America. Without that trust, the "news" they report is questionable. Look at all the news sources we no longer trust because of the likes of those on Fox, etc. Not that I'm saying CBS is as bad as that, but if you're going to keep your reputation as a reliable news source, then you've got to be able to back up what you report.

And speaking of George Clooney's movie Good Night, and Good Luck, has anyone seen it? We saw it over the weekend. Excellent. Those were such dark days in America's past. Not unlike what we're going through now.
