You said it, Andrew! Buckets! And more buckets! My daughter and I just checked our rain gauge and we got 3 full inches of rain yesterday. Water in the basement and everything. Ugh. :blink:

Now that you mention it, Andrew, I do remember that violets are the Joisey state flower . But I don't have to plant any. They grow wild all over the place! Guess that would be why they're the state flower. ;) But more than anything, Andrew, thanks for the thought! Boy, a thoughtful male. How refreshing!

As for the rain, I was complaining about getting 3 inches. Actually, my next door neighbor said their rain gauge showed we'd gotten 6 inches. Bit of a difference, but no matter. I heard on the evening news that parts of NJ got 13 inches of rain yesterday! Thirteen inches!!!! :o Needless to say, those parts are currently under water.
