I'm interested in going to/starting a meet up for Al Gore in New Orleans and Baton Rouge. Anyone else interested? Love Gore.

I don't know that we have any members from that region of the country. Don't give up trying, though.

I am a new member but a long time supporter of Al Gore. I am also interested in a meet up in either Baton Rouge or New Orleans.

I am living in Baton Rouge but am in New Orleans frequently. I plan to reopen my law practice in New Orleans as soon as it is practical to do so.

Welcome, RVS. Off hand, I don't know of any of our active members who are from that region, but that doesn't mean there aren't any. For now, our meet-ups are pretty much on hold, at least until we get closer to the time when candidates start making their moves. Please stay involved with us on the board in the meantime, though. Yeah, I know it was the gun thing and some other stuff, but I don't think that means that most of us wouldn't want you to come. I agree with what GS said. We don't have to agree on everything!
