Description: What is more immoral?

A ) Cutting the feeding tube to Terry Schiavo, a woman who has been in a vegatative state for 15 years with no hope of recovery.

or

B ) Supporting Bush's tax cuts & budget which cut money to help the poor as well as his illegal war in Iraq that has killed thousands.

I'd never ask a conservative friend that question because I know how they'd answer: The poor don't deserve government handouts (althoug corporations do  ), and the war in Iraq is bringing democracy to the Middle East, which will ultimately make the U.S. more secure and lower the cost of oil, so it was well worth it.

I don't even want to go there.

Love those 'ends justify the means' arguments that Cons make. And they hate it when you expose their own hypocrisy to them.

Just saw DeLay's press conference, he and other GOP pond-scum like David Drier standing up there pretending to stand up for morality when all they are really doing it trying to score political points.

Doesn't that make you sick when a lowlife like hypocrite DeLay opens his pathetic mouth??? Saw a few minutes of his press conference, it made me sick.

I just got into argument with a hypocrite lazy bible-thumper {who doesn't even vote} over this and they were actually defending Bush. :bad:

Conservatives or pretend ones make me so disgusted, I don't want to even talk to them.

Or better yet, keep "A" and replace (B) with 'or the law that was set in place in Texas when Bush was Gov. that says anyone who can't pay for their medical bills can be denied continued treatment - regardless of what a guardian of the patient says.

I remember I heard a story about a 6 month old baby who could have gotten better if he had been continued to be fed, which is what his mother wanted, but she couldn't pay, so because of the new law, they denied him treatment, and he died.

...Talk about hypocracy...

How about we cut our military spending 1/4 so we can afford universal healthcare.

I'm still astonished that my government spends more money on its military than EVERY OTHER COUNTRY IN THE WORLD COMBINED, yet can't assure every citizen healthcare and affordable housing.

Wow.... I didn't know that we spend more on "defense" than everyone else combined.

It's actually the next six nations combined. Those nations are China, Japan, France, England and Russia. We could cut spending by half and still be spending more than China & Russia combined.
