Title: Where's Al when we need him?
Description: Why isn;t Al gore running?

As a member of the green party i deeply regret and appologize for not voting for Gore in the last election. I never ever ever wished for Bush to win. but my darn stuborn green attitude forced me to vote for nader. This year, I will not vote for nader because i cannnot bear the guilt anymore that Bush won that election.
I am saddened that Al Gore is not running again. I think this time around all of us green party memebers would have voted for Al to ENSURE that that lying, earth-raping, cowboy doesn't get re-elected.
Guess i will be voting for franken-kerry....

One little mistake there, make that a big mistake. BUSH DID NOT WIN 2000 ELECTION. Yes Nader did take votes away from PRESIDENT AL GORE, but AL GORE still won the election. I can't say it enough, BUSH IS A THIEF and worse.

Ok, your right. he didn't win, technically. But he is the one sitting pretty in the white house making decisions for the people of the United States, that i don't rememeber ever voting for!!! Such as allowing more public lands to be opened to timber harvesting....did you get a memo on that? Because i sure as hell didn't.
And i don't ever rememebr being asked MY opinion on whether we should have sent all sorts of troops to iraq for unclear purposes...

I know how you feel, greenie. Don't beat yourself up so for voting Nader last time. We didn't know how bad it was going to be with Bush...Now we know and let's never let it happen again. Even Gore himself didn't know how bad things were going to be. I hope you have seen or read some of Gore's speeches from the last two years. He really has laid into Bush more than anyone and in the clearest of language. If Kerry isn't able to pull this out, I hope Gore will run in 08. In the meantime, don't feel too horrible about voting frankenKerry( love that name!). He will be a friend to the environment and has said he will get us out of Iraq by the end of his term Right now we REALLY need Bush and Ashcroft out of DC!

Sorry but Nader's as big a liar as Bush is. Nader's claim in 2000 that there were no differences between Al Gore and Bush was a total lie. The evidence in 2000 that Nader was lying is overwhelming. The group Nader's raiders for Gore was founded to expose Nader's lies about Al Gore. In addition, every major progressive and civil rights group endorsed Al Gore and not Nader in 2000 and they then spent millions explaining to voters that a vote for Nader was a vote for Bush. What Nader did in 2000 made it possible for Bush to be able to get close enough in Florida to be able to steal the election. Furthermore Al Gore correctly predicted in 2000 that Bush would be the disaster that he is. Nader has destroyed everything he ever worked for with what he did in 2000. Nader knew the consequences of his actions in 2000 and he didn't care.

I have no respect for Nader whatsoever at this point. He even admits now that there could be no one worse than Bush as president. No one. Yet he still won't say he was wrong for what he did in 2000, and now he's going to try to do it again. What the hell is he thinking?
